{e}coaching

* Thanks so much for your interest in coaching. My schedule is full. I recommend Carey Bailey or Linda Kuhar.*

I believe in you–who you are, what you’re called to do and, most of all, the big God who lives within you. As a best-selling author, certified life coach and speaker I’ve connected with women around the world. I’ve learned what it takes for lives to truly change and I’ll partner with you to change yours.

“I think back to the things I couldn’t even do (or talk about) when we started and I am shocked…Something big has truly changed!” — Christine Wright, {e}coaching client

What is {e}coaching?

{e}coaching is an innovative kind of life coaching done through instant messaging {written conversations}. It’s powerful, life-changing and fun. I coach from a Christian perspective. I’ve tried various approaches to life coaching and have found this to be the most effective for my clients. I’m certified through Life Breakthrough Academy {I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of becoming a life coach}.

What’s the difference between life coaching and counseling?

Counseling primarily focuses on the past and healing. Life coaching focuses on the future and growth. I’m also a licensed counselor and legal regulations prevent me from doing counseling via the phone or internet.

How will the session work?

The session will be via chat messaging on Skype. In other words, we’ll have a written conversation with each other.

If you’d prefer coaching by phone or video, I recommend Carey Bailey or Linda Kuhar.

What if I don’t use Skype right now?

You can quickly and easily sign up for a free account here.

How long does life coaching last?

Many clients find that one session is all they need to get unstuck and move forward with a new plan. Others want an ongoing partnership. If you decide you’d like to schedule additional sessions after the first one, you can do so.

What’s the investment for {e}coaching?

An individual half hour session is $100. I’ve tried various lengths of time for sessions and believe this is the most effective.

I value your time as well as financial resources and I’m committed to seeing you get great results from what you put into {e}coaching. I invoice via PayPal.
