Small Things Can Make a BIG Difference–Especially When We’re Together

When we set out on the path to our God-sized dreams, it can feel as if we have to do something BIG. But there’s great power in the small.

Who dares despise the day of small things? {Zech. 4:10}

Last Tuesday I said our step for this week was this:

Do one thing to move forward in your God-sized dream. You get extra credit if it’s simple, small and takes just a few minutes.

You can share what you chose to do by writing a post about it and linking up with us here tomorrow–go ahead and mark Tuesdays as God-sized Dream days on your calendar! {And subscribers, remember to come to}. If you don’t have a blog, you can stop by and share in the comments. And if you’re not sure what your God-sized dream is yet, you can share a step forward you took in any area of your life.

Thank you so much to all of you who shared last week! Over 140 links and about 200 comments. Wow. I’ve been so encouraged by reading your words and hearing your hearts!

And here’s something else I love about taking one step at a time this way: What’s small always becomes bigger when we share it with each other.

That’s one reason I’m sharing (in)RL with you, the virtual conference hosted by (in)courage–and registration opens today!

Women from all over the world will be getting together to connect and create community on April 26. Here’s what you need to know…

  1. Registration is FREE and starts today.
  2. If you register on the 14th you will get a FREE copy of the (in)courage 365 day calendar {while supplies last}.
  3. No matter when you register you will get a FREE copy of the new (in)courage ebook: Best of the Beach House 2012.

You can find out more details and register at (in)RL.

So if you’re still wondering what one small step to take toward your God-sized dream, maybe you just found it.

Yep, we’re better together.

And little things really can make a BIG difference.

See you here tomorrow to talk about that more…

p.s. If you’re going through The Do What You Can Plan ebook and would like to share the journey with some of your sisters, Amy at Gift After Gift is doing a series {kinda like an online book club} over at her place. You can join in here!
