You know the feeling you get when you have exciting news you FINALLY get to share? That’s how I feel right now!
In late 2019 I started feeling restless, like something new was coming but I didn’t know what yet. Have you ever felt that way too? I now know what God was up to! And I’m thrilled to let you in on it too…
I’ve started a new business adventure, The Potentialist Agency, with my dear friend and colleague Jason Rovenstine!
Jason and I first met at DaySpring way back in 1997, so this partnership is something that’s been coming for a long time, and we’re thrilled that the time is finally right for us to team up. Our families are excited about it too!
Jason is the husband of Lisa and dad to four amazing kids—Sofie, Vienna, Elle, and Von (and the owner of an awesome pig named Keith, who we like to say is our honorary HR director).
After years of creating my own content, I’m thrilled about having a way to help my fellow creativepreneurs and companies maximize their messages in new ways. You can find out more through the The Potentialist Agency site.
You’re a potentialist if…
you believe ideas are powerful forces for good,
change is an opportunity not a threat,
creativity is an act of life-giving rebellion,
you’re here for such a time as this,
you have meaningful work to do,
and you don’t want to do it alone.
As part of what we’re doing, Jason and I created The Potentialist Podcast in partnership with KLRC and Real FM. The podcast shares the stories of creative leaders who have overcome challenges and turned their God-sized dreams into reality so you can do the same!
Our first episode with my dear friend and brilliant creative leader Ellen Graf-Martin, founder of Graf-Martin Marketing for Good, releases today. When we asked her what advice she would give she said, “Be outrageously curious.” You can listen to the whole episode here.
NEW THINGS (and what won’t change)
Jason and I have been talking a lot lately about these two encouraging truths: Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb. 13:8) AND God is doing a new thing (Is. 43:19).
In other words, who God is never changes but the ways He reaches people are endlessly creative. We’re excited about joining Him in these new things.
What about my posts here and the More than Small Talk podcast? Those will stay the same!
Jason and I would love for you to join us in this new adventure. You can get more of the backstory and inside scoop at our just-launched Potentialist Agency site!
